Summerville Warehouse

Located at the junction of NY-94 and US-6 in Chester, NY, this project aimed to fill a program that required office space adjacent to a multi-level pharmaceutical warehouse. Site conditions were somewhat challenging being next to wetlands and a freeway interchange. Access for semi trucks was a large driver in the exterior program: the necessity to not contribute to traffic at the site's original entrance directly off of NY-94 nor create traffic on site, thus moving the entrance to Elizabeth Dr. and creating a one-way condition for the semi trucks, looping around the building.
